Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Sarnix purchase and how cancellation works. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Sarnix sells one-time credit packs. Each AI result uses a set number of credits, shown on every tool before you generate. See Pricing for the current packs.

Credit Pack Refunds

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

Used Credits

Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable, except where required by law. If a result was clearly broken or something else went wrong, contact us and we will look into it.

Failed Generations

Credits are charged when a result starts. If the result fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask. If it was your free daily try, the try is given back too.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an amount different from the price shown before you paid, email us. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount.

How to Request a Refund

Email us from the address on your Sarnix account and include the date of the purchase and the pack you bought. Your purchases are listed in your account.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, through the payment provider that processed the purchase. The credits from a refunded pack are removed from your balance. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Sarnix currently sells one-time credit packs rather than recurring subscriptions. There is no recurring plan to cancel unless a subscription product is explicitly offered at checkout. Purchased credits do not expire, and you can stop using the service at any time.
