Using the service

These terms apply to Sarnix, the AI appearance preview service at sarnix.io. By using its tools you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Your photos

• Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and only edit photos of other people with their consent.
• You keep ownership of your photos and your results. You give us a limited permission to store and process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• create sexual, sexualized or nude imagery, or edit photos of minors;
• harass, bully, shame or impersonate anyone, or create content intended to deceive people about a real person;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, including automated or bulk use.

We may refuse to process photos, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Results are creative visualizations

Results are AI-generated previews meant to help you imagine a look. They are not medical, dental, orthodontic, cosmetic, biological or health predictions and must not be relied on as such. AI results can contain errors or artifacts.

Credits and payments

• Some features use credits. Credits are used when a result is requested; if a result fails, they are returned automatically. Each tool shows how many credits a result uses.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases billed through our payment processors. Prices are shown before you pay, and purchased credits do not expire.

Refunds

• 14-day refund for unused packs: if you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email us from the address on your account and include your order number or purchase date.
• Failed results: if a result fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask.
• Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable, except where required by law. If a result was clearly broken or something else went wrong, contact us and we will look into it.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the credits from the refunded pack are removed from your balance. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue tools at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of results.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
